The GO-4.8 was designed by Chris Dymond, a professional CAD Designer and keen sailor who lives on the south east end of Port Phillip bay In Victoria, Australia.
The idea behind the GO-4.8 was to make a boat that was all about fun, something between a sailboard and yacht
It had to be easy to control, forgiving and enough buoyancy to give adults stability and plenty of thrills.
We want more people to have a go at sailing and less on jet ski's.
So we designed a dinghy that is modern, beautiful and so clean and uncluttered, it is truly inviting to have a go.
