Design:

The idea behind the GO-4.8 was to make a boat that was all about fun, somthing between a sailboard and yacht

It had to be easy to control, forgiving and enough buoyancy to give adults stability and plenty of thrills.

We want more people to have a go at sailing and less on jet ski's.

So we designed a dinghy that is modern, beautiful and so clean and uncluttered, it is truly inviting to have a go.

                                                                        

The GO-4.8 incorporates brilliant design, ease of use, comfort and stability. It is one of the most simple yachts to set up, so you can spend more time sailing and less time rigging.

The GO-4.8 is a remarkably easy boat to sail, due to its beautifully balanced hull and neutral helm,

With Sailboard dynamics it features a raked back mast and rearward mounted fully pivoting center board for fast broad reaching and maneuverability .

This makes the GO-48 easy to handle for first time sailors, yet still offering exhilaration and thrills for experienced sailors.

The GO-4.8 goes from recreational use to competitive sailing in an easily manageable design.This opens a whole range of possibilities, from teaching kids while you walk along in knee deep water or coaching from the forward position while the trainee has full control at the helm.
